Beach, Sanjay

Sanjay excelled in sports during his time at Chandler High School. He was a state placer in track and field (sprints), regional champion in 100m and 200m and achieved All State honors in football. Sanjay went on to receive a football scholarship at Colorado State University and later played professional football for the New York Jets, Denver Broncos, San Francisco 49ers and Green Bay Packers. Beach will forever be a part of NFL history as the receiver who caught Brett Favre's first career completion to someone other than himself (Favre's first ever completion was a deflected pass that Favre himself caught). Sanjay was inducted into the Chandler Sports Hall of Fame in 2005.
