He appears in the 1930, 1931 and 1932 Chandler City Directories as an owner of Price & Beer, a law firm. The other owner was Arthur E. Price.  His wife was Louise. They lived at Washington and Cleveland.

The 1931 and 1932 directories said they lived at 200 N. Washington. His legal office, Frank Beer Attorney, appears in the 1932 Phoenix Telephone Directory, Chandler section. That directory also said he lived on north Washington and Cleveland and had the home phone number 183.
