This restaurant is listed in the 1918, 1919, 1920, 1921 and 1923 Chandler (Arizona) City Directories as being owned by Andrew J. and George Condos.

The 1923 directory said it was on Arizona Avenue and offered "short orders and special meals at all hours."

The 1925 directory said the owner was F. M. Duff, and that the restaurant was on San Marcos Place.

It appears to be a family operation, as Mrs. Emma Duff, Grace Duff and Marion Duff also worked there. (1925)

The 1940 Chandler Resident Directory said it was owned by Charlie Jones and was located in Winn Addition.
