Cutler, Dwight
Mr. Cutler is the son-in-law of C.C. Bowen, and brother-in-law of Lem W. Bowen.
-Mr. Cutler is a stockholder with the Mesa Improvement Company. He is here for an annual tour of inspection with other representatives and their families of the Mesa Improvement Company and the Consolidated Canal Company. They arrived here on Wednesday, and will have their annual meeting and review their accomplishments for the past year.
