He is listed in the 1931 and 1932 Chandler (Arizona) City Directories with the address 304 N. Washington. The 1940 Chandler Resident Directory said he was a salesman and lived on the east side of north Washington beyond Detroit (apparently still with Mrs. Bertha Festner).

Mrs. Bertha Festner had the same address.
