Served as a Chandler City Councilmember from May 1922 - May 1923.

He appears in the 1919 Chandler City Directory as a farmer, married to Caroline.

In the 1920 and 1921 directories, he is listed  as a canvasser, living on Boston Street.

The 1923 directory said he was an engineer and member of the City Council, living on Boston St.
