Matthews, Charles H. (C.H.)

He appears in the 1917 and 1918 Chandler City Directories as a laborer. The 1918 directory also lists him as having a wife, Jessie. In the 1919 directory he is listed as a farmer, married to Jessie V. The 1920 and 1921 directories said he was a rancher and that he and Jessie lived on Dakota Street.
