He appears in the 1930 Chandler City Directory as a rancher, living at 291 W. Cleveland. His wife was Odie.

Also living there was Clyde C. Matthews and Mildred D. Matthews.

The 1931 and 1932 directories  said he was a rancher and that he and Odie lived at 379 N. Colorado, along with Mildred and Clyde.
