The 1919 directory describes him as a clerk at the Chandler Egyptian Cotton Ginning Co. The 1920 directory just calls him a clerk.

The 1921 directory said he worked in "police justice"

In the 1923 directory, he is listed as a member of the City Council and deputy tax assessor.Chandler City Council

The 1925 directory, he appears as a City Council member.

The 1926 directory said he was a farmer, living on south California with Laura.
