He appears in the 1921 Chandler City Directory as a clerk at Weber's Arrow Pharmacy.

The 1923 directory said he was a clerk and lived on Arizona Avenue near Court.

He is listed in the 1925 director as a clerk at Weber's. He lived a quarter mile south of the city. He also appears in the 1926directory as a clerk for J. B. Weber.

The 1929  directory said Frank Noriega worked in pharmacy at Arrow Pharmacy. He resided on south Arizona.

The 1930 directory said F. B. Noriega worked in a pharmacy for J. H. Shrewbury. 

In the 1931 and 1932 directories, Frank B. Noriega is listed as working in pharmacy at Arrow Pharmacy.
