He appears in the 1920, 1921, 1923 and 1925 Chandler City Directories as a rancher, married to Maggie. They lived on Oregon Street, near California Street. 

Living with them were Clara R. Norton, Ira Lee Norton and William B. Norton. (1920, 1921)
