Powers, H. C.

-Mr. Powers, formerly worked with the U.S. Reclamation Service in Mesa, has been hired to be an assistant to Manager J.R. Loftusof the Chandler Improvement Company.

He says he is delighted with Chandler with it's sunshine, fertile acres, and pretty girls.  He plans to invest in some land.  (Chandler Arizonan 5/30/1913)
