Wagon Wheel Chili Casserole

8 oz. uncooked wagon wheel pasta

1 lb. lean ground beef

¾ c. chopped green bell pepper

¾ c. chopped onion

14.5 oz. stewed tomatoes

8 oz. tomato sauce

½ tsp. black pepper

¼ tsp. ground allspice

½ c. shredded cheddar cheese

 

Preheat oven to 350° F. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse, set aside.

 

Coat large, non-stick skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Add ground beef, bell pepper and onion; cook and stir 5 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Drain mixture.

 

Stir in stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, pepper and allspice. Cook two minutes. Spoon mixture into casserole dish. Sprinkle top with cheese.

 

Bake uncovered 25 minutes or until heated through.
