Sylvia appears in the 1917 and 1918 Chandler City Directories as a resident on the Rural Free Delivery postal route 1. In the 1919, 1920 and 1921 directories she is listed as the wife of Robert A. Hansen.

The 1930 directory said a Mrs. S. A. Hanson lived on Route 1.
