She appears in the 1925 Chandler City Directory as owning the San Marcos Studio & Book Shop in the San Marcos Hotel. She lived on Commonwealth.

The 1926 directory said she sold curios at the San Marcos Hotel and lived on east Boston.

Mary is also listed in the 1926, 1929 , 1931 and 1932 directories as the wife of William Lorenz.  The 1929 directory said they lived at 301 W. Commonwealth Ave. and the 1931 and 1932 directories gave their address as 3 W. Commonwealth.
