Mr. Mickle plays third baseman for the San Marcos Hotel Mechanics baseball team.  They lost to the Chandler Regulars last Sunday.  (Chandler Arizonan 1/31/1913)

Mr. Mickle injured his third finger on his left hand while practicing last Sunday.  A ball struck the end of the finger, snapping one of the bones.  It will be bound up in splints for several weeks.  (Chandler Arizonan 2/7/1913)
