Minter, James

Mr. Minter, a popular and well liked zanjero, has been in charge of the government's ditches in the Banta and Hackney latterals.  He has been transferred to the new Western Canal south of Phoenix.

His successor will be Joel Barton.  (Chandler Arizonan 3/7/1913)
