He appears in the 1918 Chandler City Directory as a barber. Fred 's wife was Winnifred.

The 1921 directory said he was an owner of the Pifer Seaver & Elliott barber business and that he lived on California St.

The 1923 directory said he was a barber and that he and Winifred lived at 334 California. The 1925 directory gave the same address.
