Hattie Addy appears in the 1931 and 1932 Chandler City Directories as a widow of Isaiah S. Addy, with the address 339 N. California.

The 1940 Chandler Resident Directory said Mrs. Hattie Addey lived on north California, beyond Detroit. Noley Addey, a student, probably  lived with her.
