She appears in the 1917 Chandler City Directory. The 1918, 1919, 1920 and 1921 Chandler City Directories list her as the widow of Edward (W. E.) ,  living at the home of Dr. F.C. Jordan.

The 1923 directory said she lived with C. M. Wilson. The 1925 and 1926 directories said she lived on north Arizona Ave. 

-Mrs. Bland has purchased two plots of land on Arizonan Avenue and plans to build a home of 7 or 8 rooms.  It will be next to the J.R. Halstead home.  (Chandler Arizonan 3/28/1913)
