Collum, Paul

Mr. Collum works for the Russell Confectionary.

He was arrested on Monday for throwing a dead snake at Arthur Brooks, who was so frightened he went into hysterics and lost consciousness.  Mr. Collum was taken to Mesa where he was tried and forced to pay a fine.  (Chandler Arizonan 5/2/1913)
