Mrs. Ellibee opened a rooming hose several weeks ago and now is full of guests.
The house is better than the temporary tent hotel with an entire roof and ceiled. There are iron beds of full width which are installed throughout, and each room is as comfortable as clean linen and good housekeeping can make them. Mrs. Ellibee says she will be able to accomadate guests remaining overnight or prospective settlers coming to the valley to locate. (Chandler Arizonan 3/7/1913)
Mrs. Ellibee received a gift from her husband of a fine blue design after he received a pension raise from the federal government. (Chandler Arizonan 5/16/1913)
