Gardner (Garner), Hugh, C.

Served as a City Councilmember from May 1920 - May 1922. He is listed in the 1916  and 1917 Chandler City Directories as working at Chandler Pharmacy. His wife is Florence M. 

In the 1918 and 1919 directories,  he appears as the proprietor of Gardner Drug Co.  The 1920 directory shows him as being a co-owner of the Gardner & Harmer drug store.

The 1921 directory said he co-owned Gardner & Harmer and was a member of the city council, living on north Washington St. 

The 1923, 1925 and 1926 directories said was an owner of Gardner Drug Co. and that he and Florence lived at 224 N. Washington.

The 1926 directory also said Dorothy Gardner lived with them.
