Grasty, Emmett C. (E.C.)

Served as a City Council member from May 1924 - May 1927.

The 1925 and 1926 Chandler City Directories said he and his wife Julia lived on north Arizona Ave. The 1926 directory also said he was an ice manufacturer working on Delaware street.

The 1929 directory also said  he  worked for an ice manufacturer on Delaware, at the corner of Chicago. He and Julia lived at 76 N. Arizona.
