This church appears in the 1921 Chandler City Directory. Rev. R. P. Chelan was pastor.

The 1923 directory said it was on Cleveland and that Rev. C. T. Radford was pastor.

It was also listed in the 1925 and 1926 Chandler City Directories. The 1930 directory said it was at 40 E. Cleveland.

The 1931 directory said Rev. Thomas O. Bishop was the pastor. The church was also mentioned in the 1932 directory as being at 40 E. Cleveland.
