This church is listed in the 1916 and 1917 Chandler City Directories. It is also listed in the 1918 Chandler City Directory with W.J. Lewis as its reader. That could be Webster J. Lewis, a farmer.

In the 1919 and 1920 directories, George F. Lewis is listed as the reader.   The church was on N. Colorado Street. It is also included in the 1921 directory.

The 1923 directory lists the Christian Science Reading Room and Christian Science Society.
