PARENTS:

-Mr. Brooks is the superintendent of the Halstead Lumber Company.

He made charges against two boys who frightened his son so bad that he went into hysterics, and then lost consciousness for about an hour.  The two boys had thrown a dead snake at him while Arthur was passing by.  Arthur is not strong or healthy.

The two boys are Paul Collum and A.J. Criswell.  Mr. Collum was tried and made to pay a fine.  (Chandler Arizonan 5/2/1913)

-Mr. Brooks beloved pet, Bob, died after receiving multiple injuries and had to be put out of his misery.  Bob was short for bobcat.  (Chandler Arizonan 8/1/1913)
