-Miss Erwin is the sister of Mr. Spindle of W. H. Sherwin and Company, and is from Ordway, Colorado. 

She is coming to visit to see about locating here, and opening a boarding house and hotel.  She will consider it if she likes it here as much as her brother.  (Chandler Arizonan 3/28/1913)
