He is listed in the 1916 , 1917 and 1919 Chandler City Directories  as working in real estate. His wife is Maggie B. Entrekin. The 1918 directory also has him working in real estate, loans and insurance and irrigated lands.

The 1920 and 1921 directories said he worked in real estate, loans and investments and that his business was on San Marcos Place. Their home was on Washington Street. They also show Leland Entrekin, a student, living with them.
