Mitten, Charles A.

He appears in the 1923 and 1925 Chandler City Directories as being with the Chandler Arizonan newspaper. Park R. Mitten was editor and publisher of the paper.

The 1926 directory said he resided with P. R. Mitten. The 1929 directory said he was business manager for the Chandler Arizonian and lived at 102 N. Arizona, with his wife Florence.

In the 1930 directory, he appears as a publisher of the newspaper and the 1931 and 1932 directories indicated he was an owner.  He and Florence lived at 201 N. Arizona Ave. (1930, 1931, 1932). The 1932 Phoenix Telephone Directory, Chandler section, said he had the home phone number 147.
