-Mrs. Modena, daughter, and baby were traveling in from the Chandler ranch in Mr. Modena's rig, which was being driven by Mr. Centano with Mrs. Centano as another passenger.  They had stopped the rig near Roscoe's store when the pony suddenly reared and got tangled in the shafts.  Mrs. Modena received scratches to her face trying to get out while Mrs. Centano was shaken up.  (Chandler Arizonan 3/21/1913)
