Cattle

Before Arizona was an official territory, cattle provided a way of life that nurtured the community into what it is today. The lives of settlers began with a focus on the cattle that provided the meat and animal products, such as milk, for consumption or sale. Cattle was for trade or sold; by 1934, cattle car shipments into Arizona were subject to government inspection which has, however, light restrictions as announced.
