Mr. Bedford, from Mexico, had purchased 40 acres of Chandler land several weeks ago, and has decided he doesn't have enough land.  He has wired the Chandler Improvement Company to hold 20 more acres for him which will make a total of 60.  (Chandler Arizonan 4/18/1913)
